Our first night was a bit rough because there was a gale warning and the wind/water was a lot for these landlubbers, but once the weather settled down and the water was calm, we thoroughly enjoyed our time on the boat. It was incredibly relaxing; communication with our host was fabulous; the area felt safe and was super easy to navigate. “Houseboat was very clean and appointed nicely, had everything we needed. We did not stay in the boat much as we were down for event that created a hectic schedule. Overall, really enjoy the house boat concept. Some things to watch for.1. Construction on the Riverwalk limits access to some of the ramps (not The Cove's fault, they are dealing with it). Also some dredging in the marina is occurring during the day so can be loud.2. Gate for dock ramp can be tricky sometimes which will prohibit...
