“We stopped in for the night in passing through. Myra was the front desk attendant & bartender. She was very friendly, helpful and professional. She went above and beyond to help us kick off our vacation. We would definitely stay at Hawthorne again. The facility was very clean, super comfortable bed, great customer service! Reasonably priced as well. Thanks again!”

“Late check in was great and fast, delightful receptionist for that hour. Room was very clean and spacious. Morning breakfast was a nice surprise, enough of a variety for everyone’s taste. Interaction with all staff member during my visit was very great. Started with location of a water bottle filler (like at the airports) as I walked into the lobby upon arrival. Guy must have read my mind!! Great stay, highly recommend.”

“L'hôtel est assez isolé dans une région industrielle Rien aux alentours qui se fait à pied Par contre à 10 minutes de l'aéroport Le déjeuner offert était composé de brioches et de muffins (commerciaux) Pas de café mais plutôt une machine à Capuccino et chocolat chaud (en poudre et TRÈS sucré) + boisson à saveur d'oranges Sunny Delight Voilà...c'est tout Donc prévoir un déjeuner ailleurs”

“We stayed for one night before flying out from IAH airport. It only took 15-20 mins to the airport. For this it was ok, but would not want to stay longer. It is located right next to the highway and frontage road(?). The door had a rather big gap underneath it and the road nose was very loud the whole night. The room was supposed to be a non smoking one but out stank heavily of cigarette smoke. Cleanliness was on and beds were decent but overall the room was very worn down with a broken...
