âThe people were so helpful. The room was small, but spotless. I enjoyed being within walking distance of where I needed to go. The outdoor sitting area was very peaceful and a relaxing place to read. Transportation to and from the airport was a blessing. They even paid for my cab because of my early flight.â
âWe had an airline cancellation and issues with retrieval of our luggage. The hotel staff was very accommodating to a group of 11 and provided toiletries and then multiple trips back to the baggage claim. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good restaurant and bar. Everyone was so kind and respectable and truly made us feel they were happy we were there. I would stay here again if needed. â
âTook forever to check in. Computer at front desk was not working properly and online check in was also unavailable. Otherwise the stay here was greatâ
âBeautiful bedroom, extremely large, clean, all great amenities. The staff was plenty, the self-serve breakfast buffet was bountiful and tasteful. I will most definitely make future reservations with Comfort Suites!â
âVery clean. Janitorial and front staff very friendly. Fridge and micro clean. Continental breakfast good and area kept very clean. Reasonably priced for what is offered.
Parking area could be a little bigger.

âWe stayed for one night before flying out from IAH airport. It only took 15-20 mins to the airport. For this it was ok, but would not want to stay longer. It is located right next to the highway and frontage road(?). The door had a rather big gap underneath it and the road nose was very loud the whole night. The room was supposed to be a non smoking one but out stank heavily of cigarette smoke.
Cleanliness was on and beds were decent but overall the room was very worn down with a broken...
