“The room was clean. The hotel, although full, was nice and quiet. The indoor pool & hot tub was nice, clean and quiet. The shuttle to and from the airport was free and very convenient. The breakfast at the hotel was good. The waitress was lovely. You're a walk away from the mall/shopping outlets, & restaurants. There is a fantastic paved trail behind the hotel along water. ”

“To start, the hotel was insanely busy, but that doesn’t change the experience we had.
I booked this hotel to have access to their water park area for my kids, which closes at 7 in the spring. We arrived just after the check in time and even using the valet, it took 45 minutes to get through check in. It then took almost an hour just to get in to an elevator because of how many people from the convention were trying to use it at the exact same time. “House cleaning need to improve tiles need to be mop , bathroom could be clean better .I reported that I found a Roach in the closet coming down from the vent and this was not a baby roach it was a good size roach.The security was very concerned but the customer service lady when I tolled about the roach she said it was the weather no concern at all from her she made it seem it was ok.I was not happy with her .But Security took more interest in this issue.We took pictures on this issue.”

“The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were fantastic - super friendly and professional. Everyone seemed genuinely happy. The front desk staff especially deserves accolades for staying professional while dealing with a huge obnoxious group of soccer players and broken elevators all weekend. Two out of three elevators were broken which was a huge inconvenience; whomever is in charge of maintenance should have been prioritizing repairs yet they remained broken all weekend.
