“The whole experience was first class.”

“Easy access to the airport. Shuttle every 20 minutes makes it really convenient. We were just staying overnight after a trip to Puerto Rico as our flight arrived quite late. We needed to catch a flight the next morning. Was quite disappointed that the complimentary water jar in the lobby was empty when we got there, granted we came in around 11:00 pm. I could have used a good refreshing drink. Breakfast was a good spread, really appreciated as we did not have dinner the evening we arrived....

“Due to the fact that I'm confined to a wheelchair, I didn't like the fact that the beds were too high for me to safely get in and out. However, the staff accommodated me with a rollaway that served the purpose. Same thing with the toilet, to high. Also the shower seat was too far away for me to reach the shower head. Keep in mind, though, this review is based off the fact that I cannot walk or stand at all. Otherwise, everything else was great! Staff was very accomodating under the...
