THE LIVING, DINING AND LAUNDRY AREA
On the right, a spacious area with 2 large sectional couches and accent chairs invites relaxation with its own SmartTV. The room extends into an open flow to the dining room that is suited for entertainment and seamlessly connects to the fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen boasts essential amenities for your culinary adventures, including a stove top and a full refrigerator. Next to the kitchen, conveniently located is the laundry room.

THE BEDROOMS

BEDROOM 1: The first bedroom located at the back of the house, offer a retreat-like experience. It features a KING bed, SmartTV, ensuite BATHROOM.

BEDROOM 2: The second bedroom offers a retreat-like experience. It features a QUEEN bed and a SmartTV.

BEDROOM 3: The home's remaining bedroom offers a large KING sized bed with a sofa. Including a giant movie projector to enjoy movie nights, as well as a karaoke machine.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Relax in the spacious, fenced backyard—ideal for BBQs, gatherings, and pets. Plus, the nearby dog park, complete with a pet water station, is perfect for your furry friends.

Legal Short Term Rental:
Compliance with all legal requirements. Respect quiet hours (10 pm-8 am) to avoid fines. Guests are responsible for following The City of North Charleston Ordinance rules under Section 156.340. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our house quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

Extended Stays:
Stays of 10 days or more may be subject to an additional cleaning fee at the host's discretion.

Alteration Policy:
Changes or cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be approved.

Event Decorations:
Use painters tape for event decorations to avoid damages. Damages due to tape removal or decorations will incur a $500 repainting fee.

Laundry Etiquette:
Utilize the washer and dryer if available to freshen linens. Limited supplies require off-site washing between stays. Laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.
