“Great location and very responsive host ”

“I was in town with my friend for a convention. The owner was prompt with communications the entire time of our stay and with me before we arrived. There was an issue with the water supply to the building which was out of her control but she kept us updated and even reimbursed us for a day. The apartment was very clean. Building was quite lots of shops and places to eat in walking distance.I would definitely recommend and will use again when in the area”

“The place was clean, cozy, and there was an excellent restaurant right across the street. Great value, as well. Also, close to the hospital, university, restaurants, and downtown. I will stay there again if I am ever back in Dayton.”

“Apartment was on the 3rd floor, not a problem for us. We didn't look for an elevator. It was clean, A/C worked great. The only thing to complain is when sliding the blinds over to open balcony doors 2 of the hanging blinds fell off and I couldn't get them to rehang. Not a problem just didn't want to get charged for them. Beds are comfortable, everything we needed except body soap and shampoo were supplied. No extra TP. We will stay again while in the area.”

“Host was very pleasant and easy to work with. The beds were comfortable, very spacious first floor. Convenient to University of Dayton. Only one bathroom upstairs but very spacious and clean.The stairs are a bit steep but other than that very comfortable and cozy with good amenities. Would definitely stay again.”
