“The clerk at the counter, Leo, was very helpful and patient. We asked to switch rooms once and he also helped us figure out the ac! Our room was decent, small, but fine. The bed was extremely squeaky even when you were still! And the ac housing was a bit dirty. Also, for two adults, there were only enough towels for one. For the price, it was acceptable.”

“This was a rough stay. The room was falling apart, there were no lightbulbs in the bed side lamp, the walls were stained, it took the front desk 10 minutes to find me reservation. Ouch.”

“I feel like I got catfished. We were in Dayton for an impromptu baseball tournament and needed a place to stay for one night. Pool - was outside, this place is in hood and has live in residences. Did not feel safe although it was close to everything. Breakfast - they served biscuits, toast, and waffles and cereal. The juice machine wasn’t working and needed changing. “The night shift desk clerk was so amazing. The address from Expedia wasn’t jiving with my GPS and so I called tired. She walked me step by step through the final turns. Everyone I interacted during my overnight stay was very helpful. I felt very safe and secure. Would highly recommend this hotel to travelers or guests.”

“The room was clean and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. Pretty quiet there overnight (room was on the 2nd floor). Building and parking lot seemed well maintained and safe. Staff was friendly. My only gripes are that the shower tub drained very slowly, leaving me standing in 3" of soapy water at the end.
