“The breakfast was, I’d say, better than in a Hotel Ibis. The food was, definitely, locally sourced. We reached Bruton and the Hauser & Wirth arts complex easily from this hotel. We also visited the Jurassic Coast, but that took us a whole day, and we returned by 10pm.”

“We checked into this space ABOVE a working hair salon after hours. The "secret" room is on the very top floor up a few flights of very narrow stairs. But when you (and your luggage) get up there, you'll be pleasantly surprised. The owner has thought of all the little things you might need. The bathroom is modern, the bed extremely comfortable. Our host was very responsive, helpful and kind. We really enjoyed wandering the streets of this small town and had a lovely meal at the hotel! ...

“The Stable was as expected, the pictures represent the property perfectly. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend and return. The Stable is on a site with quite a few other holiday lets, all qwerky and luxurious in their own right.
