Pensionat i North Frontenac

“We are coming back next year. I want to check out The cottage at the rapids. It was a beautiful spot there. Nice pool and sandy beach I enjoyed. Yes it was a beautiful place overall. Can’t wait to go back!”

“The main reason we booked this place was because of the on site restaurant. We tried to eat at it three different times and all of them it was closed or no staff was available, despite the signs saying open. We also specifically asked about the opening times during check-in, and received an incorrect answer. No staff was present on site and very low overall service level. Very thin walls but the bathroom was nice.”

“Could use a better hot plate. It could not boil water for pasta.”

“Je retournerai n'importe quand !! Très satisfait”

“We stayed for 3 nights in November. We had my husband’s service dog with us. We were assigned a room up a narrow staircase. It was small but comfortable enough. However, it probably needs renovating as the bathroom had some mold issues, the bathtub was stained and the towels were old and not exactly clean. We will try another place next time.”

“It was a very good property. We didn’t use the amenities because we were only in town for a funeral, not a vacation.”

“The room has been beautifully renovated with modern fixtures and rustic decor. The kitchen is fully set up with everything you would need. It is a relaxing place to stay in downtown Renfrew.”

“Beds are high...needed a stool for my mom...but they readily supplied one when requested”

“A unique off grid experience, remote area with lots of wild life. Privacy assured, heavily treed area with hiking areas!”

“Second time visiting this beautiful country resort. The owners are so welcoming and informative. The property is stunning with such amazing views. We can’t wait to come back in the summer with the whole family”

“Great quite location with all the basic amenities that I needed”

“The property/room were spotless and well appointed. The location of the B&B was also ideal in that it was secluded yet not that far from Perth and ideal if you are shopping or attending a show. We were surprised at how lovely and spacious our room was. The owners were very attentive and the breakfast was superb. This was also a great place to purchase their own maple syrup!”
