“Despite my talking to the front desk and requesting several times, they never cleaned my room. The housekeeping staff was always gone by four and I did not return to the room until 415 to discover that they missed me. They asked me to put something on the door so that they would clean and I did but then they missed me again and told me the door hanger had to have checkmarks in certain boxes which no one explained to me. So I had different adult staying in this large room because we were there...

“Me and my husband loved the pool and the decor it was a wonderful experience. The sauna was amazing too. The fireplace was a nice touch to the bedroom area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved that they send a message to let you know that you can call them and ask for assistance with service or food. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the hot tub that the water was not staying in the tub it was going out as it was going in it never filled up.”
