“House was clean. The hosts were very kind and responsive and helped deal with any issues in a timely fashion. Bathrooms are extremely small and would not be well suited for larger individuals. The driveway is a good size for smaller vehicles. My GMC 2500 fit but was snug getting in and out of the truck. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider it again. ”

“We had a wonderful 3-day stay in a great property that was perfectly located for usWe were quite surprised however to discover that the pictures out the windows are taken from an angle that hides the fact that you are underneath the deck looking out of the window The pictures also hide the fact that if you are over 5' 11'' and a half you're going to hit your head going into one of the bedrooms and where someone hung a light near the dining room table but not over it.This sounds worse than it is...

“It was an easy process for getting in. The kitchen facility was perfect for our use. We watched the sunrise and full moon rise from the picture window, it was amazing. The owner is very responsive about any questions. Do note it is a bottom floor condo with people above. It is very comfortable and great location to go to Maine, Portsmouth, or just the beach down the street. ”

“Charming apartment with great amenities located in an older building in downtown Dover. Perfect size for a family of 4, and plenty of great food options were within walking distance. With 2 runners in the family, also enjoyed use of Dover's recreation trail (entrance in the train station parking lot).”

“Our family had an excellent, memorable stay, including our pups. The home offered plenty of comfortable spaces for everyone to sprawl out and was wonderfully quiet and private. Each evening we watched the sunset over the marsh from the backyard, which backs up to the dunes and felt magical; the fire pit was also a nightly favorite. It’s also an easy walk to the main strip and many beach access points. Micheal was incredibly friendly and responsive, Highly recommend!”

“Great safe location close to the beach with great view. Stayed for a golf weekend with 1 other friend and there was plenty of room and just what we needed. Very easy to check in and out and communication was great with property manager. Would stay here again ”

“We had a wonderful weekend away and the space was beautiful, close to downtown (a short walk) and had everything we needed.The only thing to keep in mind is that the space is on the second floor and the stairs could be a bit of a challenge for some people. ”

“The location was good and the property was nice. My rental was on the second floor but I had to climb a full flight of stairs to get to the first level and another flight to get to second. At my age (77) I don’t do stairs well when I have to carry my stuff up two flights! That’s my problem not the property’s. The only other thing that I found unpleasant was that there was no storage and very cluttered with the beach chairs and boogie boards at the door and vacuum and mops in the corner of the...

“Excellent location! Really got to enjoy the beach, which is right across the street. Absolutely love New York, Maine, and have been coming here for years..The house was a bit small for us because we are tall people and three of the four of us are female-one bathroom and half a closet for the whole house was a little challenging with getting ready for wedding activities.The hosts were very responsive and we would definitely recommend this to a small family or a couple..”

“I enjoyed my stay with this Air B &B. The hosts were very kind and it is a very relaxed quiet place. The entry way is a bit cluttered so it does have a very casual effect. If you stay here be aware there are many dogs. That was a plus for me! The rooms itself was casual and had clean sheets and towels. As long as you are expecting a New England vintage home it is very enjoyable. ”
