“Great views! We had a couple problems. The renters before us did not put a key card back in the lock box. We had gotten there late after working all day and driving through a snow storm to find there was no key card. Thankfully, the owners were quick to answer their phone and talk us through where to find another keycard. We were there Super Bowl Sunday and found the cable in the fam room didn't work.
