“There was a dirty wash cloth left in the tub and under the sink. There was a wet spot under the covers .(had to take sheets off) Had my own. The bed was way to hard. The towel are rough and scratchy no fabric softener .”

“We stay at Ka Quinta hotels when we travel. The one in East Ridge (Chattanooga) TN is really nice. The one in Powell Tn not so good. Microwave did not work, the refrigerator was so noisy I had to unplug it. The breakfast no where near as good as East Ridge. ”

“It should be named NASTY COCKROACH HOTEL! The place needs a severe update and an exterminator. I had to go to Tennessee to attend my father's funeral over the weekend. The room #137 I was in for one night and I killed 5 COCKROACHES! The bathroom wall had a previous hole and instead of repairing it correctly someone patched it and just painted over it. I shook out everything that I took in to the room. I got woke up very early to someone yelling "Hey ,hey,hey I know she has her phone". ...

“We had to switch rooms after the 1st nite. Our toilet was broken and not flushing, the room heater and fan was making noises, the room had a bad smell like urine or mold. The shower curtain was ripped, the room had peeling paint as did the whole place. This hotel is is bad need of an upgrade, paint, grout, new carpet. ”
