“I stayed at this property for 5 days while attending a Scrabble Tournament downtown. The house was clean and only 5 minutes away from downtown. It had all of the amenities I needed. I would stay there again.”

“Probably not everyone's cup of tea. Kind of dated inside and a little bare bones. Not very many amenities in the kitchen. Only 1 pod provided for the Keurig ( good thing only one of us drinks coffee!) and 1 roll of TP which barely lasted for the one night we stayed there. Of course there is a grocery store right across the street, but still... The bed was comfy and the shower was very good. Location was right on a fairly busy corner and we were apprehensive of noise but turned out OK. Everything...

“The property was well located for our needs and the host couldn’t have been more accommodating. Levi is a good communicator who truly cares about making his guests comfortable and meeting their needs. We were particularly interested in having a few relatives over for a meal and using our space as a gathering point before and after trips to Iowa City to visit those who couldn’t travel to Cedar Rapids to see us. “This is a charming place right near Czech Village. Kadia was a gracious host and even made a special trip over to allow me access to laundry (not advertised) since I had been camping in the days prior.”

“Everything was great , had a wonderful stay.”

“Enjoyed the stay and great host”

“Highly recommend if you like to experience the rural life! Animals wonder in the yard and peacocks greet us each morning.. owners are on property if needed! Close to Main Amana! Plenty of space and amenities !!”

“I booked this for a family get together with 16 guests. I had to change to 8 people and add a pet dog at the last minute. I am glad we did not have all 16, as that would have been too many. There is only 1 full bathroom in each unit so that would not have been enough. The 8 guests was perfect amount. Everything was good. We enjoyed the front porch and off street parking.”

“Clean and cute! Host is very friendly”

“Very nice home within walking distance to CUTE Marion.”

“Great clean and comfortable property. Owners make it easy. Highly recommend”

“We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO for the weekend while attending our niece’s wedding. The house was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and had so many thoughtful little touches that made us feel right at home. Everything was well organized, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during such a special family weekend, and we would...
