“The property was clean, airy (high ceilings) and light, and comfortably furnished. The kitchen, particularly was well furnished. There were five of us staying there, and there were no complaints about the rooms or the beds. There were three things that set this apartment apart. “Good for a quick last minute stay”

“We had a great stay. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Great price and really cute decor. Love the colors!The only complaint would be that the futon was definitely not queen size as listed in the description, so one person had to sleep on the orange couch in the other bedroom. Not a big deal, but maybe update your listing.”

“Great studio very bright natural light the room is all windows, has everything you need, a block from the broad st subway, very easy to get around the city from here on foot, and there is always ample parking for my car, I also liked that it was pet friendly without any extra deposits”

“Pictures are accurate, place is clean, neighbourhood is really old and has very old buildings but we didn’t feel unsafe at any point and it was pretty quiet overall. Everything was as expected besides the futon, it was new but it’s really small and designed for people 5’8 and under.”
