“Perfect spot apartment is nice and clean with everything you need. Check in was seamless and communication with host was great!”

“The positives: nice pools, pickleball courts, gym. Perfect location for going to the waste management golf tourney. The mattresses were comfortable. It was nice to have a full size washer and drier in the unit. The grounds could be nice, but I have never seen so many piles of dog poop anywhere. Lots of areas for improvement with cleaning: kitchen drawers, kitchen hardware, exterior of entry door was really dirty; one bedroom door was blackened with handprints; shampoo bottles etc had obviously...

“I thought it was a good value for the price. Quiet area, but close to a few restaurants. My only critique was that there was only one coffee filter provided. Not that I needed them but fyi kitchen supplies are minimal. Would stay again.”

“The condo was great and had everything we needed for our trip. It was clean and in a very nice area. Close to the 101 Freeway so easy to get around. Host was easy to contact and the check in and out was easy. The only issue we had and it's not major, is that the Hot tub was not working in the complex. Golfing everyday it would have been nice to have a functioning hot tub. Other than that it was a nice place and would stay there again”

“Property was clean, tastefully decorated, furnishings were adequate and comfortable. Party of 6 stayed comfortably. Property manager set up the rooms to our needs. King size in The master and double twins in each kid room. Quickly came out to fix a light cover that was in need of repair. Easy to communicate with the company/management even on weekends. Only recommendation is to purchase a new toaster. The current one only half the burners work and it won’t stay down has to be held.”
