“Excellent place. Would rent again. Location is perfect for golf and close to restaurants and shopping. Some carpeting was stained in movie room and bedroom and need replacing but the property manager indicated they were being replaced with tile. Small black bugs were in shared bathroom area that may need attention but the property manager was responsive. Otherwise the house was a great rental and otherwise clean. We would rent it again. ”

“This was a wonderful property and the backyard truly was a tropical oasis. We stayed in the middle of July and it was very hot, so we spent a lot of time in the pool. They provided everything we needed: pool towels, floats, and lots of outdoor seating. We’re tempted to return in the cooler months to enjoy the other amenities they had (grill, outdoor TVs, outdoor pool table, fire pit, and lots of yard games). “Amazing location and overall process. Lots of things to do at the house and a very short hike to the Pinnacle Peak trail. Appreciated quick response from the manager and maintenance team. Small issues with workout equipment and lock system but easily resolved. Highly recommend. ”

“My sister and I were in the Scottsdale area to celebrate her 65th birthday by attending a three day Christian Music Concert held at nearby Highlands Church. This home was ideally located within the gated community of Grayhawk, a short drive not only the church, but restaurants grocery stores etc. Prior to, making the commitment to rent the property, I had a couple questions for Kate and we had a small issue with the washer during our stay. Hpwever, in both instances Kate was quick to respond....

“Stayed here with a group of friends and our dog. Theres a nice large dog door and enclosed back yard for pets. Neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the hot tub and shuffleboard. Everything was well labeled. Kitchen equipment was just ok but had what we needed for basic cooking. Communication with the home owners was quick and easy.”
