“There is no question that this property is amazing in many ways. The staff is always available and on point. The restaurants offer options for most palates. There are family and adult only pools. I think the best part is the attention to customer service. I do feel that the extra costs are a bit much, considering the cost of room. These include the daily valet charge and the daily Resort Experience Fee...I don't know what that covers. Just know you are staying at a premier resort and do get that...
