âReally convenient to UW and the airport on the Link. We didn't have a car so it was a perfect location. I hope there are a few more dining options in the area soon. Looks like new developments are on their way.

âThe staff here was incredibly friendly; I had a great experience. Loved that it was a gated facility because this area is definitely not for the faint of heart. My one complaint about the room is the floors were filthy. My brand new socks turned black on the bottoms in 5 minutes so I wore my shoes the rest of the time I was in the room.â
âWe really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!â
âI love this place, the owner deliver warm welcome. The facility inside is new. AC available . Even the location look close street, but I did not hear anything during my stay. The big Asian food market and a lot of Asian restaurant just 15 min walking distance. Great stay with good priceâ

Parking, which you need to do after checking was $35.00 and very tight but secure and easy access to my room.
Room and bathroom area were clean and comfortable.
