“We loved our stay at the Hampton Inn because it was conviniently next to food places entertainment. We had a car rental so getting around Hawaii was not a problem. We would stay there again”

“Front desk staff was most helpful and courteous. Could have had more variety for breakfast buffet, avocado toast was not toasted, fruit selection not refilled or local. Dinner was surprisingly good. Fish and chips excellent. Bed too soft, lack of cabinets or shelves, bathtub stopper broken.”

“Checking in was a nightmare because the front desk manager kept confusing herself on who was staying in each room. And she wasn't very friendly to begin with . I was under the impression that it was a smoke free establishment.. But at the same time the entire 12th floor smelled like the set of a Cheech & Chong movie. And our room had bugs crawling on the furniture as well... So needless to say that we will not be staying there again in the near future. Very disappointed!!!”
