“We had a wonderful week long stay. The condo was clean, accurately described in the description, and very well stocked. The host was very prompt and attentive in answering any and all questions. We enjoyed how quiet it was and how we were able to relax and enjoy the pool, river, and grounds. Watching the deer every morning and afternoon became routine. We love New Braunfels and will definitely be back.”

“We were able to check in early and place was clean and well kept”

“There were multiple issues with checkin (code provided didn’t work), linen availability (only a flat sheet & 6 pillowcases were available for fold out couch), cleanliness of kitchen cooking utensils & pots/pans (food stuck on them in the drawers), toilet seat and toilet paper holder in master bath was broken, shower curtains dirty. The biggest issue was the HOA decided to paint our front door and leave it unlocked while we were away. This wasn’t the owners problem. They attempted to have the...

“We had a wonderful time. Great host and great place. Thanks”

“This was the perfect place for us. We spent 2 days at the water park, and were able to walk over each day. You can also walk to the Comal to tube. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate for us to float the river this trip. We will definitely book this place the next time we come down!”

“I took 5 14 year old girls to NB for a birthday to float the river. The location of this house was great! The property and river were clean and inviting. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need. Balcony overlooked the parking lot and pool and river. Texas tubes is across the street and they offer a shuttle service so that is nice too. However, we used Float In at the shutes and they had private parking and full accommodations. The condo had a little space of extra toys and games...

“The place was wonderful. The place was clean and stocked. It was close to all the activities that we wanted to do. We will definitely be coming back.”

“Really nice and chilled location, accommodation was spotless”

“The rental was very nice. Bed very comfortable. The bathroom is small. The shower is a tight fit. But, to be fair, i am not a small msn either. Make sure you have good connection with your phones. The internet/wifi was trash. The tvs are internet only so that was fun. Bought board games to entertain the family at night.”

“The room was nice and clean and the host provided lots of nice little details to make our stay even smoother. Very helpful and attentive. Had everything you'd need to stay for a few days or more.”
