They, the shuttle driver and a few guests were so helpful to me to be able to just make my appointment. The quiet, cleanliness, overall room accommodations were wonderful! “Could use a little TLC in the room (caulking around the toilet and around the overflow/faucet in tub) but otherwise the room was very nice. Breakfast was actually better than a lot of places. Not only were there waffles and pastries, but also scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, and sausage links. ”

“Tthe staff was very welcoming. The room and common areas were clean. Breakfast was included and was nice to have as we were there for an early appointment. I would recommend paying for the on-site parking if you get anxious about parking, like me. We parked in the residential area behind the hotel and had a very short walk. ”

“Great place to stay if going to Mayo. You don’t have to go outside to get to the buildings at Mayo with the subway level. Food is good for 2 meals a day. There’s room service & deliveries from Instacart if needed for groceries or outside food/beverage source. Personalized concierge service is good. Our stay was 10 days - they accommodated our extended stay flawlessly. My only complaint is the room temperature everywhere; it can be stuffy moving place to place. Take a fan to cool off in...

"Nice staff. Very close to Mayo St Marys, shuttle bus or 15-20 min walk to Mayo main building. Good coffe bar. The room had no windows, it had windows to the corridor that had windows. Comfortable bed."
