“Such helpful staff”

“Great staff/amazing continental breakfast. Clean room!”

“Carpet beetle bugs in the shower made my girlfriend scream and cry. More bugs in the sink. Crumbs up the lobby stairs and other visible messes were not cleaned for 2-3 days. Everything was disgusting. Room smelled like someone sprayed a bunch of cheap mens cologne, and it stunk even though we tried to air it out by opening the window. Speaking of opening the window, the screen was broke, looked very ghetto, couldn’t keep the window open due to bugs. Nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.”

“The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bed were comfortable and room was all around welcoming. The staff was very nice - Lisa handled my lost items with care and patience to get them returned to me. Linda was very understanding and helpful with check-out with my very demanding Mayo Clinic schedule. The staff was very supportive. Will definitely be staying here for future Mayo Clinic appointments.”

“The hotel appeared to be under construction, with yellow tape hanging everywhere. The front desk sells snacks but didn't take cash (and was a bit rude about it). The gym has no sauna and the hot tub isn't very hot. The breakfast was great and the room was clean. It's right across from the Mayo Clinic, a convenient walk across the street.”

“The pool was really dirty. On the side of the side of the pool, you could see people scratching their initials in it through the scum. I was on the first floor and the carpet was damp because of all the condensation while it was really warm or it was leaking or something. The beds weren’t comfortable. The breakfast waffle maker did not work. Although it was not ideal for the cost, I guess you get what you pay for.”

“I booked the hotel five hours before I check in the hotel and finally reach the Holiday Inn by 1 AM in the midnight and the staff is saying that they don’t have any more rooms left. They did not even mail me or contact me saying that the rooms are not available since they can see my booking information there. It was very terrible and ridiculous. Staff was not even caring. There was like we can’t do anything. They were very rude. we don’t have any more rooms left. I don’t even know where to go in...

“Love how when I got there? I barely walked in the door and was greeted the accommodations that they had for me. And my family without us, even asking the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff and the cleaning staff. I would highly recommend and if I need to I will make a return.”

“Great place to stay”

“We were very pleased with our stay during Graduation Weekend. The hotel was conveniently located close to our family, and it was an easy walk to the Civic Center in Rochester. We appreciated the variety of nearby restaurants and found the parking fee to be quite reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience and a perfect location for our visit.”

“Nice staff. Very close to Mayo St Marys, shuttle bus or 15-20 min walk to Mayo main building. Good coffe bar. The room had no windows, it had windows to the corridor that had windows. Comfortable bed.”
