âThe Hotel was beautiful very clean and new, the staff was mostly friendly, and breakfast was great every morning. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very spacious and nice.
The location is fantastic walking distance to everything. My only complaint is the lack of parking and the $20 Valet charge which doesnât guarantee you get valet parked when you come in late.

âThe booking was accidentally made twice and when I checked in I mentioned to DEV (a very nice employee at the desk) that I was due a refund. He said he knew about the error and had fixed the problem, that a refund would be issued.

"Very nice hotel ! Close to downtown Stamford and trainstation . Perfect room . Good breakfast . Very nice staff especially the two ladies in the reception , Rachel and Tanjee ! Everything was perfect ."
"Some of the staff were very service-oriented. We had an issue with the coffee machine, but they replaced it quickly. The fire alarm also malfunctioned in the morning, but they promptly fixed that too when we requested it. The beds were a bit narrower than we would have preferred, and breakfast is not included. The parking is convenient but costs extra. Stamford is expensive compared to other places, so you get more for your money elsewhere, but it was safe, clean, and overall a good experience."
