“urine soaked walls, dried urine on the bathroom floor, dark weed smelling staircase (elevator is broken), dark hallways, door had been kicked in so it was dented with wood detached (the locked worked)”

“my boyfriend and i booked this hotel for two nights for our weekend trip to kings dominion. i honestly can't recommend this hotel enough! of course the location is great for our purposes, but overall it was a great experience. the room was nice and clean, the staff was super helpful (we didn't get there until after 11 and were able to check in no problem), and check out was super easy too. espcially for the low price, i'd stay here again in a heartbeat!”

“Cleanliness of the property was good, and the meal options — particularly the evening Kickback — were a welcome addition. The staff was also very helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommend removing the wall-to-wall carpeting in guest rooms and replacing it with area rugs or hard-surface flooring to further enhance cleanliness standards.
