“House was very clean. Host very responsive. House had minor defects (paint, towel racks and wall holders not in stud so coming off walls) but in overall good condition. Although the listing states the pool and hot hub are heated there is a separate daily fee to heat both or either. We were not aware of this until check in. Host was accommodating to our complaint about the unknown fee so not a major deal for us. However, imo it should be disclosed before we rented the property or be built into...
