“The view just beyond the yard is indeed good, with several large trees and a small creek. The facility has a lot of room with a spacious bedroom, living room/kitchen area and a large laundry/freezer room. Maintenance is adequate. The owner was very accomodating of our request for strong A/C and his overall communications were thorough.”

“The house was just perfect for our stay. We travelled with a baby and everything was extremely comfortable. The host provided us with a baby bed. Also the beds are comfortable. Everything you need is already included in the house. Communication was extremely fast and kind. We would stay here again and absolutely recommend the house. As Europeans, we like walking around the Neighborhood, go to nearby restaurants etc. This is possible, but we would recommend driving as this is more convenient.”

“Property could use some updates. The air conditioning does not effectively cool the rooms. Fans were provided, and definitely needed. It also could use a fresh coat of paint throughout. Beds are extremely firm. The house was in a convenient location for things we wanted to do in the area.”

“None of the kitchen appliances had any power. There was a large burn mark on the refrigerator. Contacted the host who had us flip breakers and nothing fixed the issue. Host said they would refund us half and this has not been done nor have they had any communication with us since. We spent money on groceries as well as food delivery because we could not cook the food we had. “The house was perfect. Comfortable, clean and supplied with anything you could need. Loved the way was decorated with the animal theme. We were there to go to the zoo and the location was spot on. The host checked on our arrival and to make sure we had anything we would need. Would rent this again if we are out in Omaha again. Thank you”
