Villa Nica is a beautiful house with private pool just steps away from renowned San Lorenzo beach in southeast Sicily, halfway between the Vendicari nature reserve and the coastal village of Marzamemi.
The house is surrounded by a well-tended garden with a green lawn, and a large terrace equipped with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. This comfortable villa also offers a lovely saltwater pool (no chlorine).
The villa was recently built, with one story of bright and welcoming interiors facing the outside.
The villa’s strategic location is ideal for exploring southeastern Sicily, from Noto, Syracuse and the Val di Noto’s baroque cities, to Taormina and Etna Park. Splendid San Lorenzo beach is an easy walk away.
At guests’ disposal: private, saltwater pool (4 x 12 meters; minimum depth: 0,30 meters; maximum depth: 1,40 meters); outdoor kitchen and dining area furnished for al fresco dining; air conditioning; parking; Wifi internet; screens in the bedrooms.
Included in the price: tidy up of the bedrooms and bathrooms: 3 hours per week

Distances: sea and beach 300 meters away, Marzamemi (shops of all kinds) 3 km, Noto 20 km, Syracuse 40 km, Ragusa 70 km, Catania airport 100 km, Taormina 140 km away.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
