“Great service and facilities ”

“Bekvämt hotell för möten på University of Nottingham. Området runtomkring är inte så märkvärdigt (dock trevligt campus med intressanta byggnader) och en bit ifrån stan men praktiskt om man är där för att arbeta. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. ”

“Overall stay was good, but will be ask for a £50 pending deposit but will be explained before entering the room about the use of entrance and room keys what the deposit is used for due to previous guest getting keys muddled up with the wrong doors and having to call a locksmith. The host explained the use of the shower by using a switch to get hot water and explained about just flushing toilet paper in the bowl instead of any sanitary products that may affect the deposit. “Unfortunately, our stay fell short of expectations. On arrival, around half of the cutlery and crockery was missing, and what was provided was dirty and still covered in food. There was also no washing-up liquid or sponge available until we specifically asked for it. The room itself was uncomfortably hot to the extent that we had to turn the heating off and keep the windows open, despite it being winter.
