Vare sig du besöker på avstånd eller bara några minuter i huvudstads Bay Area, är detta fyra sovrum, två nivå hem den perfekta getaway "från allt". Njut av några av de vackraste norra Kalifornien solnedgången från din egen strand med utsikt över lagunen.

Stranden från hemmet har ett fullt utrustat kök med väsentliga köksredskap och porslin. Perfekt för att göra en hemlagad mat efter koppla av på stranden framför vattnet.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med utsikt över vattnet och gas spis. Det andra sovrummet har en drottning sovrum. Det tredje sovrummet på lägre nivå har också en king size säng. Den fjärde sovrummet har en hel säng.

I vardagsrummet är perfekt för att komma cozied upp framför den gas spis. Ta med dina dvd-skivor och spela upp filmer på den stora surroundsystem i vardagsrummet.

Det finns tre badrum att bekvämt rymma alla gäster. En tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns tillgängliga för din användning.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were looking for somewhere with enough space for our multi-generational family to stay. The house had plenty of space for us to spend time together, the outdoor space was lovely. It was easy to get to from the airport and close to the grocery store. Jason, was super responsive when I had a question. We will definitely book it again next time we’re in town.

Beautiful stay! We had the best time. Super close to wineries in Sonoma & Napa. Great little oasis away from the city. We enjoyed being able to go wine tasting during the day & then relax and enjoy the water. Great stay! Owner was super responsive when we had ants entering the home and resolved quickly. Highly recommend staying here if you are planning on visiting Sonoma / Napa!

Beautiful well equipped and spacious in lovely area

We enjoyed our stay. There were 6 of us and the roomy house was comfortable. We did have breakfast and cooked one dinner and found most everything we needed. The view on the deck was beautiful. And the location was convenient.

Beautiful quiet house with gorgeous view!

We were a family of five adults and one teen. We absolutely loved this house! First it is in a nice quiet neighborhood and the backyard has a gorgeous water view and privacy from the neighbors. The beds were all very comfortable and the house was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the kitchen ware needed for cooking and a nice grill outside. The communication from the owner was incredible, and the ease of check-in was the best I have had for a rental. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay there.

What a Gorgeous Spot

The house is lovely and the area is wonderful. Right on the water with a great entertaining / relaxing deck and a dock. The house has lots of room and the views to the water are stunning. It needs a little TLC which we told the host about. But overall we’d highly recommend this home.

A perfect weekend with the family

We were so pleased with the house! There was plenty of room to spread out, and to be together. Everyone had a comfortable room and the family room and dining table were perfect for our gathering. The check in andcheck out were so easy.

Lovely space

We enjoyed the home very much especially the outdoor patio where we could have our meetings…beautiful views over the water. Two bedrooms did have ants and these were unwelcome guests! Hopefully they will be encouraged to stay outside!

A bit ANTsy

Lovely place to stay. Cons: TP in master bathroom not flushed. Wet towels still in dryer at check in (Clean towels were available in all bathrooms). Many ants in the area. Tiny and stings a bit. Be careful on the Master bathroom toilet bowl. Constantly on there. If not wiped off prior to using, can get a little sting in the privates (not painful). HOWEVER, this should not detract you from renting this property. The location, layout of the home and the outdoor space is absolutely wonderful. I would rent again without hesitation, if I were to be in the area again.

Overall the rental was decent. The water front view was amazing! The back patio and view was beautiful! The house was very comfortable and provided everything needed. There were a few issues with ants but nothing major as long as food wasn’t left out or dishes left in the sink.

I will say that we were a little anxious due to some of the signage. I think it's unfortunate that they have experienced renters that haven't upheld to basic standards before. Plenty of room, beautiful views and the communication was helpful.

Very pleasant stay.

The property was clean and well maintained. Bayside location was good. A few minor opportunities for improvement. 1. Let us correspond with homeowner directly via email. I want one email system. I do not want everyone i do business with having their own silly Inbox. 2. Would have been nice to be able tocheck in earlier .... and, yes i dont care if i have to get out earlier.

Family vacation

Overall, this was a lovely property. Plenty of space for our group of eight. Kitchen was reasonably well-stocked although it didn’t seem to include a wine opener. The dishwasher door is dented, so the lower rack constantly falls off the track when you pull it out to load dishes, and we tried to just load without pulling the rack out. There are signs all over the house warning that gatherings of any kind are prohibited and there are security cameras on the back patio. Violation of that rule is apparently grounds for immediate removal from the property. It was a little off-putting, as we felt discouraged from even having our two local family members over to join us for dinner, since we didn’t want to lose our rental. Perhaps some clarification as to what a “gathering” means might be helpful for future renters.

Beautiful view and outdoor patio but....

The location was good. 15 minute drive to the ferry to San Fran. The owner should put some effort on not updating. Rugs are stained. Had to sweep the patio when we arrived. Garbage was full and stinky. Although we complained no one addressed the issue. Doors broken or missing. Although clean when we arrived it has been neglected. Really needs a deep cleaning inside and out. Yet the place was beautiful in the 80s. Needs to be brought into the 2020 era.

Not good!

The property was dirty and unkept. Carpet was stained, one bedroom was not habitable. A folding chair and very old mattress only content of room. We did not use this room. An outside storage area that looked like a junkyard. The yard water system was under repair piles of dirt and exposed pipes on walkways to lake. Trash can not emptied full of rotting food. Falsely portrayed on website. We spent first 4 hours cleaning inside and out. Location was fine, the only positive about stay. Very disappointed.

Great, relaxing property! Close to San Fran!

Property was great! Waterfront was beautiful, close drive to San Fran, very accommodating. We had an amazing end to our week long coastal trip! Few minor home maintenance issues; kitchen sink was leaking (we emptied the full overflowing bowl that was full under there & tightened it up & avoided using the left side) , canoe had a hole In it (we plugged it), few broken lights/lamps or stitches that didn’t work, could use a deep spring cleaning indoors & out.
