The « building » is an old garage, which could be cool BUT, it is pretty old ( not in a quaint way) and very dirty. Spiderweb everywhere, dust, stuff (hoarder style). It is located in a residential neighborhood so it seems like people dont like you parking in their spaces, and parking can be hard to find.
