The Space:

You might begin your mornings in the gentle breeze, watching the gardens below settle into the day, and move easily between poolside moments and quiet stretches of sand. Evenings often unfold in warm air, with the distant rhythm of surf carrying through the Aria Ocean setting.



Sleeping arrangements

This entire condo accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom and 2 beds. The bedroom provides a restful place to settle in, with essentials, bed linens, clothing storage, hangers, a mosquito net, and a safe. Families can make use of the crib, Pack 'n play/Travel crib, high chair, baby bath, changing table, board games, and children’s bikes.



Bathroom

The private bathroom includes hot water and bathroom essentials, offering a simple place to refresh after time at the beach or by the pool. Cleaning products are available for added convenience during longer stays.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen gives you flexibility to prepare meals when you prefer to stay in, and the outdoor dining area offers a relaxed spot to enjoy the coastal air. A BBQ grill with barbecue utensils adds another option for casual evenings.



Outdoor living

Beach access places the shoreline within easy reach, and beach essentials make it simple to head out for the day. Time outdoors can be spent by the pool, on sun loungers, or exploring with the bikes and kayak. A backyard area and private entrance provide additional ease during your stay. Guests also have access to nearby resort facilities. Free parking garage on premises and an elevator support comfortable movement throughout the property.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.



It is important to verify the number of guests before booking, as the price varies depending on the number of guests.
