Mornings begin slowly on the patio or balcony, coffee in hand, while the coastline and nearby cafés wait just beyond your door. Evenings settle in with warm air, soft light, and the simple comfort of returning to a space designed for unhurried days near the sea.
Sleeping arrangements
This entire rental unit accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms with 4 beds and 2 baths. Bed linens and room-darkening shades support restful nights, while clothing storage and an in-unit washer make it easy to unpack and settle in. Hot water and well-appointed bathrooms add comfort to your daily routine.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen offers a dedicated space where guests can cook their own meals, whether you are preparing a relaxed breakfast before heading out or gathering around the dining table in the evening. A refrigerator, stove, microwave, and freezer support longer stays, while cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses make shared meals easy and enjoyable. A coffee maker and blender are on hand for morning routines or refreshing drinks after a day exploring the Riviera Nayarit coastline.
Living & workspace
Wifi keeps you connected, and a dedicated workspace provides a comfortable spot to focus if needed. Air conditioning helps maintain a pleasant indoor temperature year-round. In the evenings, unwind with the TV or simply enjoy the calm of your surroundings.
Outdoor living & building amenities
Step outside to the patio or balcony with outdoor furniture, or enjoy access to a backyard - an open space on the property usually covered in grass. Within the building, you’ll find a pool, gym, and elevator, offering added ease throughout your stay. A private entrance - separate street or building entrance - allows you to come and go with convenience.
Parking & access
Free parking garage on premises and free street parking are available. Check-in takes place at the condominium lobby, and detailed access information will be shared prior to arrival.

Guest Access:
Important Note:
If you book after 9 p.m. on the day before your arrival or on the day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m.
It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours before their arrival.
Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately, Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.
-Check-in takes place in the condominium lobby.
Before your arrival, we will send you your access letter, rules, and necessary information for your stay.
-Check-in: 3:00 p.m. The staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m.
- 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).
-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.
-Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 p.m.
-The easiest access is by car; parking is free, and you can park in the space assigned to your apartment.
-Parking is subject to availability in the general parking area. There are no numbered spaces for the apartments; only one space will be assigned per accommodation.
The Neighborhood:
It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.
Other Things to Note:
The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies.
The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity.
Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation.
However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay.
We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.
For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:
-IMPORTANT: We remind you that it is vitally important not to throw any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.
As an alternative, we have provided you with garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely.
Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.
-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 4 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost, approximately 15 * dlls per person per night.
-The basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies.
-The amenities provided are for a single night's sustenance.
-Barbecue is subject to availability and must be reserved 24 hours in advance.
-Parking is for one car only

-The amenities of the condominium, such as the pool, spa, gym, games room and cinema are not under the administration and responsibility of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.
-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta, due to its constant development, is prone to construction close to the condominiums, generating noise during the day.
-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.
-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service or washing or change of linens during your stay.
-The kitchen is also equipped with the basic kitchen utensils: plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. You will also find kitchen appliances such as coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc.
-Electricity consumption: Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.
-Each excess kW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.
-The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
