Grand Luxxe 3BR Presidential Villa at Vidanta Available At Christmas

The Three Bedroom Presidential Villa features three bedrooms with two king-size beds and two double beds, three and a half baths with three Jacuzzi tubs, a private terrace with two plunge pools, two gourmet kitchens, two living rooms with sleeper sofas, two dining rooms, and five TVs. Five miles and 15 to 20 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport.

THE RESIDENCE
The kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, and lounge open through floor-to-ceiling glass onto the terrace, where the plunge pool sits in a wood deck with loungers, hanging chairs, and an outdoor dining table under the trees. Two king suites and the twin-bed room each have their own bath and TV; three of the baths have Jacuzzi tubs. Interiors are volcanic stone, local hardwood, and handwoven textiles. Vidanta rates the residence for ten guests. Occupancy: 8 adults, 2 kids under 12 years old

THE RESORT
Vidanta Vallarta covers 2,500 acres on Banderas Bay in Nuevo Nayarit, just north of the airport across the Ameca River. Three golf courses on property: The Nayar, a Nicklaus Design par 70; the Greg Norman course that hosts the PGA TOUR Mexico Open; and The Lakes, a lit ten-hole par 3 open until 10 PM. More than 40 restaurants and lounges, from Quinto's charcoal grill and Bistro Bleu to the twelve beachside stands at Salum. Santuario, a 75,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor pavilion, runs live performances every night until 1 AM, and The Lake Show plays every 30 minutes after sunset. The SkyDream gondola loops four miles over the grounds with five stops. VidantaWorld hosts Cirque du Soleil's LUDÕ dinner show, with the BON theme park scheduled to open for resort guests in fall 2026. For families: a Kids Club for ages 5 to 12, eight pickleball courts, tennis, the aqua park and lazy river, and a daily activity program.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
Daily housekeeping, high-speed Wi-Fi, TVs in every room, and full use of the kitchen. Resort shuttle service. Concierge, pre-arrival grocery and beverage stocking, a private chef, and private airport transfer can all be arranged on request at cost.

GOOD TO KNOW
The reservation is held in the owner's name and every guest is registered with Vidanta by full legal name at booking. SkyDream rides are extended by Vidanta at its discretion and are requested for every booking. Dining, golf, spa, and activities are billed as you go. Stays run seven nights with check-in Friday through Monday, 4 PM check-in and 11 AM checkout. The primary guest must be 25 or older. No pets, no smoking, no events. The dry season runs November through May, with April the driest month of the year.
