Days unfold at your own pace, moving between the pool, the beach, and quiet moments inside the condo designed for rest and simplicity.
The space
This entire condo is set in the new tower of the Aria Ocean complex and is intended for up to 2 guests. The interior is arranged to feel comfortable and relaxed, with a single bedroom, one bed, and one bathroom. Cleanliness is prioritized before every arrival so you can settle in with ease and focus on enjoying your stay.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom offers a bed with provided linens, creating a straightforward and restful place to recharge after time by the water. Hangers and an iron are available for longer stays or light packing.
Kitchen & dining
A kitchen is available for preparing your own meals, with space to cook and dine at home when you prefer quiet evenings in. The setup supports simple, self-sufficient stays rather than fully stocked provisions.
Outdoor living & shared amenities
The condo features a private patio or balcony furnished for outdoor use, offering a peaceful spot to enjoy the tropical climate. The building provides shared access to an outdoor pool and a nearby beach. Common areas are maintained by the condominium administration.
Comfort & convenience
Central air conditioning helps keep the space comfortable year-round. A TV and Wifi support relaxed downtime, while an in-unit washer and dryer are available for guest use. The home is single level, accessible by elevator, and includes a private entrance. Self check-in with a keypad allows for a smooth arrival.
Important notes
Fumigation is performed before and after each reservation, with additional fumigation available during your stay if needed, as insects may occasionally appear due to the tropical environment. Electricity consumption is monitored by meter, with a set kilowatt allowance shared after booking and an additional charge of $5 pesos per excess kilowatt based on usage. The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning only and does not include cleaning or laundry service during your stay.
The neighborhood
Nuevo Vallarta is known for its long stretch of accessible beaches, warm temperatures, and ongoing development. You may encounter daytime construction noise nearby. The coastal setting also means small beach insects can appear, and using repellent is recommended for comfort.
This condo is well-suited for travelers seeking a calm, waterfront stay with simple comforts and easy access to the natural beauty of Banderas Bay.
Guest Access:
Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.
It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.
Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.
The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).
Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.
Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
The apartment is located on floor no._7_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.
The Neighborhood:
It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.
-Electricity consumption
Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.
Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.
The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
