“The service are very nice. But my only complaint is that the floor are so dusty.”

“Everything was good except for the noise of people in the hallway! Very poor noise management around the doors mostly. You can see into the hallway around the door. The doors need to be insulated or foam barriers around the doors to prevent the inconsiderate person going to their rooms and kids running down the hallway. The most important thing is sleep and l got none! Thank you for the lack of sleep!!!!”

“Reception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they don’t let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack...
