“The room we stayed in was very dirty. It didn’t seem like they sweet or wiped anything down after their last guest. Cool elevator though ”

“Reception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they don’t let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack...

“Great hotel when catching a show at Place Bell. Staff is friendly but restaurant is very overpriced. Our room was large and comfortable. Parking is a nightmare. A nice stay overall!”
