Gorgeous 1908 Estate on 1 acre of land. 6 blocks from Grinnell College.
The house was charming, well equipped, roomy, and had several touches that made us feel welcome. Thanks for hosting us for our daughters last swim meet!

Grinnell Heritage Tiny House - On Organic Farm
The tiny house was well equipped and stayed nice and warm. There is a broken floor tile near the kitchen sink that needs to be fixed.
