âReally appreciated the concierge / Front desk person (Hillary?) for taking great care of us while we were there. This is a nice little spot tucked in a wooded area with great walking options and nearby amenities. Would stay again. â

âBooked a room that was stated wheelchair accessible bathroom on hotels.com, this was not the case at all when we arrived at the hotel. We managed to borrow a shower chair which was good. But not a comfortable stay for me as a wheelchair user. Nothing was done by the hotel to help this situation.
Our other big thing is that we booked the hotel in particular because it had a pool (for our two kids). The pool was closed for maintenance and opened an hour before checkout. We didnât have time to use...
âStaff let me check in early when I needed to stow my bag before a work meeting. They are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Portland â

âVery helpful staff (we had bicycles that were moved in and out of safe storage each of four days), attractive interior, , decent breakfast, safe riverfront walking/biking path.â
âI was looking for a nice place to stay near my daughter in the Hawthorne neighborhood, and Evermore Guesthouse turned out to be the perfect spot. The location made it easy to come and go, my room was peaceful and quiet, and I especially appreciated the 24-hour kitchen stocked with bagels, pastries, cereals, granola bars, hard-boiled eggs, tea, coffee, juice and more. Iâll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.â

âI stayed one night, both of the receptionists were very friendly, professional and helpful. Unfortunately i don't remember their names. /Guy that asked for travel advice.â
âPossibly the only hotel in that area where you can have a really good meal on top of having a good and clean room.
The gym is fine and options for snacks or better are good too.
This is a good hotel - happy to come back if work puts me in Portland againâ

âNice location. Very friendly staff. Nice room.
Would have liked coffee and tea in the room.
Stayed at the 18th floor and in was quiet.
AC very close to one bed and blew pretty strong even on low. Control on wall very hard to navigate but could be related to just this room, 1801.
Didnât tell staff because we could handle it.
They have a coffee station in the lobby between 5 am- 7am but wouldâve been nice to have the oppertunity to brew some in room in the afternoon. â

Breakfast included but it lacked in quality and taste. Nobody in the family liked it.
Not enough towels in the room even though it was booked for a family of four. We had to get those ourselves.
Expensive parking. We were informed it was going to be $ 52 but it turned out to be $ 62. I guess itâs because the our car is oversized. Still faulty information though.
If all this is Hyatt we wonât be staying again. We put time into making an informed decision and are very disappointed about the outcome, the hotel isnât cheap either. There are plenty of hotels, especially in a larger city."
