“We loved our stay in the green house! It was very quiet, peaceful, and a well accommodated space. A perfect location for visiting friends in Inverness and exploring all the outdoor beauty of Pt Reyes and Tomales Bay. I did find the listing to be somewhat misleading in that it says there are two queen beds and sleeps four people. The fold out/sofa bed is definitely not queen sized and is not very comfortable on its own. There are lots of comfy blankets and pillows around the unit so it wasn’t...

The owners courteously kept us informed about anything we needed to know during our stay. The studio was cozy and well appointed and included games, snacks other extras. “Great space! The layout was open with lots of room to hang out. Well equipped kitchen and comfy sofa in great room. Bathroom was roomy and shower had rainfall feature. Property manager was extremely helpful and responsive. We will be back! Overall cleanliness was outstanding. We give 4 stars because trash was found in a nightstand drawer and bathroom floor; refrigerator had someone's drinks, goodies, and lunch left from previous stay.”

“Nice 1 bedroom with loft. Very comfortable for our family of 5 over the Christmas Holiday. Had all the equipment we needed. Very close to downtown Petaluma and right off the 101 Freeway. Two minor things keep this from being perfect 5. Parking lot is extremely dark and desperately needs some lighting, perhaps a flood light on a motion sensor. Loft bed is very squeaky, to the point that some of my family members had issues sleeping. Overall, a very cool place to stay and I highly recommend.”

“Great centralized place to stay as far as distance to Jenner and Bodega Bay. Perfect place for our dog with a fenced in backyard and gated wood deck in front. Its a cute, cozy place with everything you need. It is just off a somewhat busy road so there is some noise of vehicles going by.”

“Relaxing, well decorated space on a busy thoroughfare. Good location near Hwy 12 and Santa Rosa neighborhoods and Safeway. The fog came in on command every evening and acted as air conditioning for the space. Cool little vacation spot for those wanting to explore wineries in The Valley of The Moon.”

“This was a beautiful VRBO that is exactly as shown in all of the pictures and is described accurately. The king-sized bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was nice, walk-in closet extra rooms, and I liked the outdoor patio space. The neighborhood seemed safe and was very quite. The only issue that we had was that the entire unit smelled like marijuana smoke, (even after leaving the sliding glass door wide open for a few hours with the fan and heater on).
