The family-friendly Golden Sands Building is located in the heart of Ocean City, and the Amenities found here are nothing short of amazing! Featuring a 22nd Floor Indoor Pool and Fitness Center, as well as a seasonal Recreation Deck with Outdoor Pool, Childrenâs Pool, Tiki Bar and Grill, shops and Live Entertainment in season, there is something for everyone in your family. Golden Sands also offers one of Ocean Cityâs only Private Beach areas, open only to Guests of Golden Sands. For your convenience, one parking permit is provided upon registration with the building, an additional parking permit may be available at an additional fee, but you must check with the building upon arrival for availability. Also for your peace of mind, there are maintenance personnel and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You can melt into the plush King Bed and enjoy the wonders of mother nature, or relax and enjoy a movie on the Flat Screen TV. The Attached Bath has a custom tile Walk-in Shower, perfect for freshening up after a day of fun. Golden Sands Requires guests to register prior to arrival. Registration is $60 for the entire stay and includes 1 parking permit for assigned (assigned June-August) parking space. Registration fee will be charged with final Balance. Additional permits may be available for $20/day subject to availability upon arrival. Registration form must be filled out and returned prior to arrival in order to receive arrival instructions and codes via email. *Outdoor Pool is seasonal*
