“I stayed here over MDW with my girlfriend and dog and had an amazing experience. The staff was super attentive and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and this hotel is located on a great part of the boardwalk. This hotel is PERFECT for traveling with a dog. They offered a list of dog friendly restaurants in the area, treats, and had grass and a bathroom area right in the back. I cannot wait to visit Ocean City again and when I do I will be staying here. “Staff was great, even helped bring our luggage up the steps, do not realize had no elevators, the steps weren't too bad. Room was clean, ac/heat works great, the mini fridge kept my drinks icy! Location was great for walking to and from the boardwalk! Only improvement would be the pool, tried it and the sunscreen residue was very apparent in the water. And the size of the pool”

“terrible service ! first thing first ! we had no toilet paper but a half a roll that was left from the previous quests. and when we would ask for some they told us we needed to go buy our own!! then they refused to give us towels! the hotel stunk like mildew so bad! but the staff wasn’t helpful at all! they told us we weren’t allowed any towels because people weren’t turning them in! that is not our problem! the fact they didn’t even have any towel set for us BUT ONE when we arrived was already...
