“Room was clean had a nice view, the only downsides were we expected by the photos it was more than a room and a bathroom, that the photos suggested it had a private area for sitting down but I realized when we got there it was common area. At night it was quite cold l, so we did have to get another blanket, and the shower took a while to heat up, but overall for a place to spend the night and be close to amenities, it worked for us :) ”

“It was a great little room for a one night stay for a wedding . Check in was easy , it was clean and in a great location it was walking distance about a 5 min walk to downtown ocean grove and a ten minute drive to asbury park . Also communication with the host was great, answered me quickly and was helpful with any questions I had . ”

“Dirty, unsafe, floors sagged 2 to 3 inches from middle to sides, dirty clothes in the dresser, rug dirty, tub spout partially off, pillows smelled of makeup. We arrived Monday at 9:30 PM and left 7:30 AM Tuesday the next morning. Tokd Doug we expected a refund byt no reply. Communication with Melrose was almost non existant. Horrible experience.”
