“Check-in was easy! This place was very clean! Also, I didn’t see any bugs ! The kitchen was well stocked with cups, plates, pots and pans, and utensils. This place is on the marsh so we had a beautiful view. It’s also in a beautiful neighborhood! We enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again!”

“Great little hidden gem! The views from the back deck are spectacular. My kids enjoyed watching for alligators every day, which we saw about every day! The birds decorating the trees at sunset were a sight to see. We always enjoy our visit at Edisto but staying here made it even better. The house could use some fixing up and the floors needed a good scrub, but we would definitely stay here again; that wouldn't stop us from renting here again. ”

“We rented High Seas for our annual extended family beach week. We own a 7 bedroom house on the beach nearby so this was the overflow house and worked wonderfully in that capacity. I stayed at High Seas. It was clean and in great shape with lots of thoughtful touches. We definitely hope to stay there again next year!”

“We had a great stay at Only Young Once in Edisto Beach! The house was clean and comfortable, and the provided golf cart made getting to the beach (and hauling our gear) super easy. The owner was very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. Would definitely stay here again!”

“It was our first time on Fripp Island. Salt & Light was exactly as pictured and listed. I even saved some pictures of the furniture and decor on a Pinterest board. The view over the marsh was a stunning sunset every night. Definitely want to rent a golf cart and the trip to the beach was a snap. Comfortable house for our family of 5. We had a wonderful stay!”

“Second summer staying at this lovely house and already rebooked for next year. Super clean, great back porch and the pool is a must have to relax in the afternoon and evening after a day at the beach. ”
