Actually the entire town is, and this maybe one of the nicer ones judging by walking around town. It was roomy for the 2 and could sleep at 6 comfortably. The deck was nice and the kitchen. “The location was great for it's proximity to Whakapapa ski field, apart from the trains it was a quiet neighbourhood, with a playground nearby, and plenty of room inside.Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property let it down, it felt like it could do with a deep clean throughout the house. The dishwasher had a funny smell, there was human hair in the dishbrush (we went and bought our own for the trip), hair and other debris in the cutlery drawer and all the tea towels were smelly and dirty...
