“Great location, very clean and quiet rooms”

“Pool and hot tub where out of Order and apparently have been for a year but the site showed the pool, the shower did not work, the lever was busted off, room are very musty and moldy smelling, rooms where very loud could hear everyone around us all night long, staff have not returned my emails and did not help address our concerns, very disappointing hotel”

“Nice place good location. Very friendly staff”

“Jättebra läge, mitt på centrumgatan. Och endast en kort promenad till vattnet. Stort rum, med möjlighet att casta till tv:n. Bra frukost, möjlighet till rabatt på en pub på baksidan av kvarteret.”

“the bedroom window had no curtains, only cheap blinds which barely obstructed the lights outside. at 2am it was as bright as day in the bedroom and sleep was near impossible.”

“Skönt och lugnt hotell med bra service och sköna sängar.”

“Well maintained”

“The hotel is newer, very clean! Modern design and decor. Only one elevator, with having the breakfast on the 5th floor it ties it up during the early morning. The view from the 5th floor is very nice Parking lot is very tight.”

“The room had an amazing view and was fairly clean. We found the bathroom to be a little too dirty and we were not informed about the pay parking fill we checked out.”

“The room had some issues with the TV and the staff tried to solve them but could not. They were VERY SHORT STAFFED everywhere and that affected our experience. The restaurants, particularly the restaurant at the pub, Sonora Dunes, was terrible. Both times we went there they messed up our orders. The service was dismal. The waitress, completely ignored us so rectifying anything took a lot of time. They ran out of food, getting served at all was challenging. Basically it was very expensive...
