“This property was very disappointing based off the description on the website. There are pictures that do not exist. I booked this exclusively because of the "entire home" and pictures of the pool and ping pong table because of the weather. The front desk clerk was nice but informed us that those were old pics. “The staff was very generous. Altough I checked out four hours too late. They were nice enough to bag all my stuff. Not one piece was missing. They were also very polite about my situation. They probably move about 150lbs of stuff off the fourth floor. Thank you staff. ”

“Mr. KINJO himself was there to greet me and had very useful tips for getting around Okinawa. The hotel is a little far from main attractions, but close to convenience store. The space itself is more than enough for solo or couples travel. I will definitely go back!”
