Villa Safranka (300 sqm) develops over three levels (ground, first and second floor).

The villa consists of an elegant living room with a sofa, dining table and a modern well-equipped kitchen, as well as a gym, sauna, and indoor heated swimming pool (50 sqm).

The sleeping area develops over three levels. On the ground floor, you will find two double bedrooms (with king size beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower). On the first floor, you will find two double bedrooms (with king size beds) with ensuite bathrooms (one with a tub and one with a shower) and one single bedroom (with single bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower). On the second floor, there is one double bedroom (with king size bed) with ensuite bathroom (with tub).

Outside, you will find a well-maintained garden featuring a lawn and a terrace with a swimming pool (35 sqm), as well as a shady outdoor eating area with a barbecue, an outdoor shower and private parking onsite.
