âThe resort itself was wonderful. We had two issues. The coffee pot was not working properly and they had a brand new one brought in less than an hour. Our water heater stopped working and within 10 minutes someone was there, diagnosed the problem as a blown fuse and it was fixed. We will be staying there again for sure! Our new favorite spot when going to Dollywood!â
âAmazing staff, rooms and view! We throughly enjoyed our stay! Staff was very helpful and always had a smile on their face. Our room was very clean, the pool is great and so is the breakfast. We enjoyed being close to everything Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer but also enjoyed being tucked away from the craziness! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back in the future!â

âMy family loved the hotel! We stayed 8 nights & it was wonderful. The hotel was very clean and the employees were very nice. Hotel is located off the strip (but very close) so plenty of parking, and it is easy to get to where you are going. The Island is close. The kitchen & full size fridge were wonderful! It was nice to be able to eat/make a meal in our room & not eat out numerous times a day. The indoor and out door pools were great as well as the hot tub, kiddie pool, & lazy river. ...

âWe chose Arbors because our regular motel was booked. We had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. My husband enjoyed fishing even though he did not catch anything. The only concern I had was that the included breakfast was offsite in a restaurant. I did not realize this when I booked the room through Hotels.com. However, the staff made sure that breakfast worked out for my family's situation.â
